LOG_LEVEL_FATAL  Python: cv.utils.logging.LOG_LEVEL_FATAL	Fatal (critical) error (unrecoverable internal error)
LOG_LEVEL_ERROR  Python: cv.utils.logging.LOG_LEVEL_ERROR	Error message.
LOG_LEVEL_WARNING  Python: cv.utils.logging.LOG_LEVEL_WARNING	Warning message.
